6. How to change master domain name?

Master domain, you and I can’t change that for security reasons, so we have two options:

1. Create a Secondary domain with your desired account (and you’ll keep the wrong domain ONLY as your login domain)

2. I delete the account and redo it from scratch with your desired domain (in which case, please give me the main domain you want to use) Please be aware that the master domain doesn’t actually mean anything; if it isn’t linked to ProfitHost, it won’t hurt your account or cause any problems!

During the launch period, all server resources are headed towards the user’s panels; you’ll notice during this downtime or slowness, your panel will still be accessible at max speed.

Yes, you can purchase the domain from any provider.

11. Is Profithost mobile-friendly?

Yes, all versions of ProfitHost are completely mobile-friendly.

12. Can I setup mail for my NEW account after 24 hours with Outlook? Are there protocols for that mail client?

Create email and set it up.

13. How can we migrate website from another Hosting ?

14. I am only showing 10GB when I should have 250GB.

250GB is only for ProfitDrive buyers – it wouldn’t be fair towards them and ProfitDrive’s main objective with ProfitHost Enterprise is to host your website’s data if needed.

15. How do I access my web site on your server without using my existing domain ?

17. How to add a SSL to subdomain ?

subdomain SSL: You can secure a domain and a subdomain with one “Multi-Domain” certificate.

You will need to put both of them into the certificate. For example, domain.com as main domain, then www.domain.com as a SAN and sub.domain.com as a SAN. This way you will secure your domain and subdomain with one SSL certificate (when you choose subject alternative name). If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know.

19. Once cancellation is done, when would we expect refund ?

20. Is there any limitations to add multiple domain ?

No, there is no limitations to add domain you can add as many as you want!

21. Is it possible to change the version of PHP from 5x to PHP 7.3.22 ?

22. What if I did not receive the activation link even after successful purchase ?

  1. Check whether the given email ID is correct or not ?
  2. Check the Spam folder.

    1. A domain that you are going to link to the following nameservers:
